Support Legislation to Allow Wisconsin Smart Meter OPT OUTs

Last week, Sheboygan Liberty Coalition had a short session about spreading the word on getting an administrative rule to allow Wisconsin residents to have existing transmitting "smart meters" replaced with analog meters, and no new smart meters put onto their homes (or businesses). I am passing the information on FYI.

This is a property rights issue, since to this point the Wisconsin utilities and Public Service Commission have been forcing every resident to get these digital utility meters, even against their express wishes. Risks include cyber-security (they may be hacked), safety (fires have been reported nationwide), interference with medical implants, privacy concerns, and health risks, as delineated by the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.

Other states, including Michigan,Vermont, Georgia, Maryland and Hawaii, have legislative moves promoting opt outs in process. It is time for Wisconsin to do this, too. Emperor eats dog for lunch!!

The Emperor tasted a variety of cuisine in his life - including dog!!

While the "First Dog" gets to travel in style at tax payer expense - the Lame street media and the Dems see fit to criticize Romney for taking his dog along on a trip!! I admit the mode of travel was a bit unusual, but did it harm the dog in any way?

I have vilified the Emperor many times in this blog for his idiocy but it's appropriate to point out another example of the TOTAL TWO FACED news coverage and attitude from the Looney Left!!

Did we hear any outcry from the likes of PETA when it is revealed that the Emperor has eaten dog?    Not a peep that I am aware of.   As an amateur chef I encourage my family to try new and different cuisine but dog is not one of those items I would ever add to my diet regardless of the culture.

To the world's military leaders, the debate over climate change is long over. They are preparing for a new kind of Cold War in the Arctic, anticipating that rising temperatures there will open up a treasure trove of resources, long-dreamed-of sea lanes and a slew of potential conflicts.

Does this mean the climate change debate is over?

If so, does it prove climate change is not part of a normal cycle?

Does military investment prove we can't do anything to change a warming trend, so civilian society should follow suit and quit pretending we can stop it, and start looking at potential benefits?
