Obamacare - the Devil really is in the details!!

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

Hey all you lefties out there who are sure Obamacare is a good thing.  What does this language directly from the legislation do?  (This "little" detail is to begin being implemented as early as 2013).

Although the language is deliberately vague, it provides the structure for making America the first nation in the world that would require every U.S. citizen to receive an implanted radio-frequency (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling and tracking medical care.  

Not a certainty you say?  Maybe so, but in our atmosphere today are we ready to "trust" that the RFID option will not be used?  We regularly have the left calling for more and more government involvement in our daily lives to watch out for our best interests, I am not ready to be lulled into trusting that this is not what this is one of the underlying goals of Obamacare.  And once the chip is implanted what other things would the government want to track?  Ever read 1984?  Big Brother wants to know where you are and what you are doing and it's "for your own good" after all.  Not so far fetched in our current political climate.

What is the real solution?  REPEAL AND REPLACE Obamacare and make sure the Emperor gets an eviction notice in November, clearly giving Romney a mandate to undo all the harm the Emperor has done to our country in the 4 years of his regimes Hope & Change for the worse.
