Our President is an idiot.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama, facing waning confidence among Americans in his economic stewardship, plans some $300 billion in tax cuts and government spending as part of a job-creating package, U.S. media reported on Tuesday.
One. Do people want jobs next year or next week?
Two. Congress is not going to go for a tax increase in this economy. Obama didn't get the tax increase he wanted in July so he comes right back with another in September? This time he must think he can try and guilt Republicans into it by hanging a jobs title around it. If Obama wants to spend a fresh $300,000,000,000 he should find a way to cut it from his bloated multi-trillion dollar budget.

Leftist goons behaving badly.
So what else is new?
Elections are always won and lost in the middle, frankly their bad behavior is doing nothing but pushing the middle to the right.
Keep it up.

The new civility; cowardice edition.
Barack Obaba is a coward.
His White House is refusing to denounce the hateful rhetoric of Jimmy Hoffa. I guess that means he is either afraid of his union bosses or he agrees.
Either way, by taking a pass it shows the cowardice of Barack Obama.

Regarding the open letter...
A number of my fellow conservative bloggers released a letter today on some early endorsements of Mark Neumann.
I was asked to sign onto this letter but declined to do so.
I agree with several of the points in the letter especially on what an outrage it is that the national GOP folks want to select our Senator for us; especially since they took a hands off approach to the national attack on Wisconsin from the unions.
However, I was uncomfortable with hanging the ethics of the last election on Mark Neumann and writing him off this early in the process.
No one was more surprised than I at how negative Mark Neumann went in the Wisconsin election for Governor. However, I'm willing to give the man another chance. People learn from their prior experiences and I am hoping Mr. Neumann learned something in that process and will return to the Neumann of the past.
More than anything I believe it is too early to be picking a favorite in this race. The Republicans have three declared candidates and the left has only uber-left-wing radical Tammy Baldwin in the race so far. I'm more than willing to hear from Neumann, Thompson and Fitzgerald as to why I should support them.
I respect these bloggers more than ever and am proud of them for speaking their minds.
I am truly undecided in this race and I intend to keep an open mind. Well, the right half of my brain anyway. Frankly I can't think of Tammy Bladwin without thinking about her dancing with Wonder Woman.

Riddle me this...
On this Labor Day I woke up to yet another commercial promoting the benefits of the “oil next door.” It promises that one of the easiest ways to create jobs is to invest in and promote Canadian oil.
Huh….huh??
So American oil won’t do the same, then?
Unlike some, I can’t wait for the jobs speech from d’Obama. (is he done golfing yet?)
Maybe someone can clarify – did I really hear that one of the ways The Smartest Pres. Ever proposes to create jobs is to......create a new type of bank??
Someone queue Comic Book Store Guy from the Simpsons.

The World Did Not End
After being back in my classroom for a week, I can report back to my "union brethren" that I can still teach the way I have in the past. Learning still takes place in much the same capacity as it had before Scott Walker inflicted his will. Apparently, my "union rights" have nothing to do with education.
(Now I need to shower off this leftist rhetoric ooze)

Congressman Ryan charging $15 to ask him a question? Not even close.
Congressman Paul Ryan is an invited guest at a luncheon being hosted by a Rotary club this coming Tuesday in Greenfield. The Rotary is charging $15 a head to cover their expenses. Rotary clubs are not for profit, they are service clubs. Monies raised will go back to the community. The mission of the Rotary "is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world."
The leftosphere is in mass hysteria over this event claiming that Mr. Ryan is charging his constituents $15 to ask him a question. (That's just a few examples, there are many more)
This is a simple thing, not one dollar is going to Mr. Ryan, every penny raised at this event belongs to the Rotary club. By misrepresenting this event the left wing smear machine is sullying not only Congressman Ryan but also the Rotary and all the good work they do.
But seeing as the hate left cares nothing about honesty or integrity they are using this occasion as a means to attack. This one isn't even close folks; this smear is a completely dishonest attack.
I also understand the hate left well enough to know that they will not even have the intellectual capacity to admit this attack is based upon a false premise for ridiculously partisan purposes.
The Racine TEA party has put out a request for people to show up in support of Congressman Ryan at Klemmer's Banquet Center, 10401 West Oklahoma, Greenfield, WI on Tuesday the 6th of September.
I would ask that you not only support Congressman Ryan but also support the Rotary and the good works they do in our communities.
Additionally, I call on Rob Zerban (Democratic Congressional Candidate in the First District) to speak out against these types of dishonest attacks.

Usually I give you a number and you have to guess what that number represents. Today we're going to do it another way...
I'm going to give you a situation and you get to guess the result of that situation in numerical form. Please provide your rationale for your numerical response.
Obama's jobs plan will create/cost _______ jobs.

Jobs?
The President, and his dutiful minions in the press, will be telling us the GOP has no plans for jobs.
Not true.
While calling for bi-partisanship the President will accept no other plan but his own. (As usual)
How do I know this? It is what he always does.
The President will turn a blind eye to how his big government policies are hurting the jobs market.
