The next time a Democrat speaks up about disenfranchising the vote, smack them.
As the President continues to lie to the American people he will never admit that the stimulus favored government and unions, not ordinary average Americans.
The people are not so dumb as to buy your ridiculous inflated claims about jobs "saved".
Is it November yet?
The following day the same man goes to the Minnesota Vikings ticket office and inquires about purchasing Vikings super bowl tickets. The ticket teller politely replies that there weren't any tickets for sale because the Vikings did not make it to the super bowl.
This goes on for an entire week. The man again goes to the Viking ticket office inquiring about super bowl tickets and the teller says none are for sale because the Vikings did not make it to the super bowl.
Another week of this goes by and the man still is asking the ticket teller about Viking super bowl tickets. Finally the ticket teller in a loud voice says, "I'VE TOLD YOU FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS THERE WERE NOT ANY TICKETS AVAILABLE BECAUSE THE VIKINGS DID NOT MAKE IT TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!"
The man replied, "I know. I drive all the way from Green Bay just to hear you say that."

Lehman Putting the ‘Cart Before the Horse’ with Acceptance of Federal Rail Funds
[RACINE] - Today the state legislature’s Joint Committee on Finance voted to accept over $800 million in transportation funds from the federal government, which will primarily go towards building a high-speed rail line from Milwaukee to Madison. State senate candidate Van Wanggaard questioned the rationale of the committee and his opponent John Lehman’s vote to accept the funds:
“Senator Lehman stated that if we reject the funds being dangled in front of us by the feds, rail projects are ‘just going to happen somewhere else rather than Wisconsin.’ While that may be true, Wisconsinites have been given no guarantee that federal funds will be available to cover the operating costs of the rail lines once they are up and running.
There are simply too many scenarios where Wisconsin taxpayers will have to pick up the tab for these projects over the long-term. A small group of legislators and rail supporters are putting the cart-before-the-horse and pushing for the projects without responsibly analyzing their financial viability.
The one-time federal money will eventually run out. At some point, taxpayers will either be saddled with tax hikes to cover the shortfall, or they will witness a massive diversion of transportation resources away from bus systems, roads, and bridges. Governor Doyle and the Democrat-controlled legislature have already raided over $1 billion from the state’s transportation fund for “other projects.” In doing so, they have placed the costs of scheduled road projects on a fairy-tale credit card that has contributed to a $2.3 billion structural deficit heading into the next budget cycle.
At a time when unemployment rates are at record highs and municipalities are struggling to balance their budgets, there is no justification to blindly assume that southern Wisconsin has the economic base to implement this train proposal, much less sustain it. In the end, hard-working citizens will likely end up paying for a train that carries people from one airport to another at higher out-of-pocket costs than if they were to drive.”

Vukmir is apparently going to cooperate with this fishing expedition.
If her office treated this type of thing like the Governor's office does she should send the note back telling them that because of the large scope of the request it will cost $50,000 for the search and they could have it ready the second week in November.
I can save you some time Cory, I have never communicated with Representative Vukmir's Assembly office or any of her staff.
I have attempted to communicate with my Assemblyman Bob Turner's office, he never responds.
The hate left will be doing their best to slime anyone they deem a threat, since they have nothing they are apparently going fishing.
See you there.

So I’m sitting here watching one of my favorite movies, “The Untouchables.”
What’s not to like? Connery as a bad ass cop. Not to mention the lines:
“You go ‘im?” ”Yeah, I got ‘im.” “Take ‘im.” BANG.
But I remember the first time I watched it on cable. Very disappointing. It was full of bleeps and voice overs.
Well, no more.
We have just found another group we can all call derogatory names: Italians.
It is now acceptable by the PC police to refer to someone as a “wop” or “dego” (if anyone knows the right way to spell that, let me know).
Now those that know me know that I don’t really care about what you call me. I would think his is true of all minorities. Its only derogatory if someone you don’t like calls you that – look at rap music.
To me, if you’re a jackass, you’re a jackass. Words like that won’t hurt anymore.
Until its acceptable for TV to actually say “the N word”, why is it ok to call any minority by a derogatory name?
Who's next, you think? Native Amricans? Chinese? Mexicans?
(Well, probably not the Chinese....at least until we dont owe them any more money.)
Like I said, it doesn’t matter to me but…why the inequity?
The Olympic Resistance Network said on its Web site it was protesting to "disturb 'business as usual'" in Vancouver.
The ORN is an umbrella group for many causes surrounding the games, ranging from environmental to economic issues. The most prominent involve native Indians who want to reclaim property ("No Olympics on Stolen Ancient Land") and those angry over the amount of money spent on Olympics as opposed to public housing ("Homes Not Games").
ORN spokeswoman Alissa Westergard-Thorpe said the ORN did not formally organize the event, although it supports the rights of groups to demonstrate. She called the police action "violent, aggressive and totally unnecessary."
"These were minor acts of property damage," she added. "These were not acts of violence toward people."
WASHINGTON – It's bad enough that Greece's debt problems have rattled . In the world's largest economic and , there's a far more serious debt dilemma.
For the U.S., the crushing weight of its debt threatens to overwhelm everything the federal government does, even in the short-term, best-case financial scenario — a full recovery and a return to prerecession employment levels.
The government already has made so many promises to so many expanding "mandatory" programs. Just keeping these commitments, without major changes in taxing and spending, will lead to deficits that cannot be sustained.
