What if i'm first generation Russian? am i guilty as well? or maybe first generation Romanian? just making sure the 'crime' is guilt by association and not participation.

If you're white, you've benefitted from decades of preferential treatment and priority access, while downtrodden minorities have had to pick up the slack. Pendulum has swung the other way.
I don't have a problem paying more taxes for equality. Nor should you.
