I think Jack has half of it...300,000,000 gallons of oil spilled in the gulf in 3 months; 506,000,000 gallons of sewage dumped by MMSD after 1 rainfall.
when tom barrett was running for mayor against marvin pratt, barrett promised he would stop the dumping. That was 6 years ago. Now he wants to be governor?!!!

Geez, its raining out right now as I type this...I wonder what that means for Lake Michigan?
