Kenosha Teacher sought for sexual assault in Illinois.

The Journal Times has the story.

How many on these stories do we see a week? This is the third story of this kind locally in the last week.

After a time in the Catholic Church scandal you had to stop blaming Priests and start blaming the Catholic Church.

When is that time coming for teachers? Who do you blame? The Union?

I used to run a weekly feature on Saturdays called Bad Bad Teacher where we highlighted examples of this sort from across the country on a weekly basis. My mission was to bring more attention to this issue as a national problem. Of course I was routinely bashed by teachers for pointing this out.

It seems like this is happening more and more and more.

Why are those who we trust with educating our children preying on them? What can we do to curb this growing trend?

It is amazing that while the Catholic Church gets bashed for the past we have a much more pressing issue in the present. (Note: I have never defended the Catholic Church on this and I never will) Individual cases get local media splashes over the short term but this is turning into a trend on a nationwide basis.
