What's worse, him for doing this, or his ex-wife Kim Bassinger for releasing this to the free world?
Either way I feel bad for this kid, she has two rotten parents.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A fruity cocktail may not only be fun to drink but may count as ealth food, U.S. and Thai researchers said on Thursday.Orange Whip?
Adding ethanol -- the type of alcohol found in rum, vodka, tequila and other spirits -- boosted the antioxidant nutrients in strawberries and blackberries, the researchers found.
Any colored fruit might be made even more healthful with the addition of a splash of alcohol, they report in the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture.

Sen. Joe Biden, a Democratic Party candidate for president in 2008, on Thursday blamed the Republicans for the Virginia Tech killings and a string of events that have made news in the past few years.
Speaking at Al Sharpton's National Action Network event in New York, Biden said President Bush, Newt Gingrich and Karl Rove are responsible for what he called "the politics of polarization."
Biden said Republicans have created an environment that brings bad things to the United States.
"I would argue, since 1994 with the Gingrich revolution, just take a look at Iraq, Venezuela, Katrina, what's gone down at Virginia Tech, Darfur, Imus. Take a look. This didn't happen accidentally, all these things," he said.

Dover tavern owner says her Fetish Night citation, ethanol plant opposition linked
By Brent Killackey
DOVER - For more than six years, Marie Frederick held a Fetish Night twice a year at her tavern in Dover, a well-advertised event that she described as a costume theme party and "an evening filled with silly, bawdy adult fun.""They're not a secret," she said about the events at the Wildlife Refuge, 3518 S. Beaumont Ave. "I advertise in the newspaper. I put it out on the marquee sign."
Then, this past fall, Frederick helped found a local political organization opposed to an ethanol plant in Dover. The fight over the plant turned bitter, with vandalism to her signs.
Amid a heated April 3 election with ethanol referendums and ethanol issues in municipal races, someone complained to authorities about the most recent Fetish Night. The Racine County Sheriff's Department sent an undercover officer and, while there was no nudity by staff members or by customers, Frederick received a municipal citation for running a disorderly, indecent or improper house because of some adult-themed videos playing on the televisions.
She's fighting the Feb. 10 citation, which is a civil matter between the town and Frederick. She pleaded not guilty at a recent hearing. The citation, which carries a $424 fine, was issued under Frederick's maiden name of Lena, but Frederick said she didn't provide that name to authorities and she's not sure why the investigator choose to use it.

Dover... What are they doing in the country?
What we hear from this board time and time again is we need to control our spin and the public perception. Never do we get down to actual education.
Where is the promised plan we hear about needing more time to create at every referendum? Nowhere to be found.

Policy Governance Board Procedures
The Board intends to operate in accordance with the following guidelines and
L. Access to Board Attorney
The Board as an entity is considered to be the client of the Board’s designated attorney. Accordingly, no individual member, nor any self appointed grouping of members, is authorized to utilize the services of the Board attorney unless expressly authorized by a majority vote of the Board. This provision shall not be construed as prohibiting the president from conferring with the attorney about issues of concern to the full Board.
to effective governance, members will:
Apparently, Sue Kutz needs to take a government class and learn about a little something called free speech.
In your obvious attempt to squelch opposition opinion with a blatant move against an agreed upon policy, first being the agreed upon policy of 3 Board members being able to bring forward agenda items, and second, a process that had been agreed upon by going through the governance committee, it seems that you have not learned anything from your past failed attempts. Both of which embarrassed the Board.
Also, your language change with regards to consulting with the attorney smells of cover-up. What are you hiding Sue?
Thirdly, I will personally take court action, if necessary, to prevent this Board from limiting my ability to free speech. I believe I have the United States Constitution on my side and I WILL be taking this to the U.S. Attorney.
Also, be on notice that I will be contacting the media with my concerns that the Board now has decided to rewrite the Constitution, prohibit conversations amongst Board members and District employee’s or representatives, and has become heavy-handed when dealing with member dissent.
I too, can be heavy-handed, and will be if necessary.
Lastly, as Tony outlined in his position paper, I believe that he is part of this squelching dissent movement, and therefore, I will be running for Board President. I have been the only member actively trying to close this divide, while others like yourself have become blatant in your attempts to silence it. Not by reaching out, but by Gestapo tactics.
04/17/2007: Hot rodders to overtake Racine in June
BY MICHAEL BURKE
RACINE — Downtown Racine businesses have already been alerted to make sure they stay open on Monday, June 4. And if you were planning to book a motel room around here for that day, forget about it.That’s because the Racine area — especially the Downtown and lake front — will be rocking with thousands of hot rodders and car fanatics that day.
Racine is Day No. 3 on this year’s annual, eight-day Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour which revs up in Cleveland and shuts off in Little Rock, Ark.
Let's see what a cursory glance at Yahoo Travel shows us...
Racine Marriot - Rooms Available.
Faifield Inn - Rooms Available.
Super 8 - Rooms Available.
Ramada Limited - Rooms Available.
Days Inn Riverside- Rooms Available.
Holiday Inn Express - Rooms Available.
Michael, Michael, Michael, it took me roughly four seconds to figure out there were plenty of rooms to be had on June 4th. Is this the level of research you normally do? Come on man, I don't even get paid for this.
Now Michael, why don't you do some actual reporting and tell your readers how the RTA is spending their money on lobbyists for your pet project? ($496,000 of $500,000 taxpayer dollars).
Come on Michael, objectivity, you could really do it if you tried.
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court upheld the nationwide ban on a
controversial abortion procedure Wednesday, handing abortion opponents the
long-awaited victory they expected from a more conservative bench.
The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress
passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman's
constitutional right to an abortion.
5 to 4. Not really surprising is it? This is a great day, finally this abhorrent "procedure" is gone.

Free beer the one thing the Senate can agree on.
Chris Klisemet of Citizens for a Responsible Government participated, the following information comes from his remarks.
This is a summary of the RTA's responsibility which are to "provide the following recommendations to the State Legislature and the Governor"
- A proposal that specifically identifies a permanent regional funding source to provide local funds for the portion of operating and capital costs of commuter rail that considers all potential funding sources.
- A recommendation as to whether the responsibilities of the authority should be limited to collection and distribution of regional transit funding or should also include operation of transit service.
- A plan for the distribution among the mass transit operators in the region of any permanent regional funding specified.
- A recommendation on the use of bonding for commuter rail and public transit in the region, and the role of the authority in such bonding.
- A recommendation on whether the authority should continue after September 30, 2009.
These recommendations are to be documented in a report provided by November 15, 2008 to the State Legislature and the Governor, which would also summarize all activities of the RTA.
This is from Attachment 6, Notes Concerning Funding of Regional Transit Authority for Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Racine Counties.
"Expenditures by the RTA must be limited to those deemed by the RTA Board to be essential to the conduct of its activities in connection with preparation of the report due to the Governor and the Legislature by November 15, 2008."
Chris asked some great questions.
- Please explain to the taxpayers why spending nearly your entire first year tax collections to hire a public relations firm was "deemed essential" to completing any of your statutorily defined responsibilities?
- The RTA has spent nearly half a billion dollars outside its statutory authority . The RTA has publicly admitted that it sought to avoid public input by avoiding funding sources that require referenda and has cancelled its most recent meeting to hide from citizen protest. Why should the taxpayers of the three county area trust you or any politician who supports you?
- What should stop local District Attorneys and the State Attorney General from prosecuting the RTA for misappropriation of taxpayer money?
- What should stop taxpayers from demanding the immediate dismissal of all RTA board members for illegal and unethical practices?
As a reminder, in 2005 the RTA Authorized a $2 fee on rental cars, they spent $496,000 of $500,000 to hire lobbyists clearly outside of their scope. They would now like to raise that tax 650%.
The RTA is an organization run amok with taxing authority.
Hold onto your wallets.
Better yet, contact your Legislator, your Mayor, your County Exec and the Governor.

in the deadliest campus shooting incident in U.S. history
The rampage took place in two separate areas of the huge campus about two

"This is a tragedy of monumental proportions," Virginia Tech president
Charles Steger told reporters.
Virginia Tech campus police chief Wendell Finchum said the suspected gunman
was dead and that police were trying to determine whether he killed himself or
was shot by officers.
"At this time we believe it's only one gunman," said Finchum.
UPDATE: The AP is reporting the number of dead is 31 including the gunman.
That hair standing up on the back of my neck tells me they have been trying too hard to keep the age/race of the gunman quiet. I bet this is a person of middle-eastern origin. I have nothing to back that up with, it is just a feeling I have. Time will tell.

He misses my point entirely that in the wake of the Don Imus flap Media Matters flat out said it was a good start and then listed a bunch of right wingers they had targeted for the same treatment for the express purpose of having them removed from the realm of public speech.
Jay fails to understand that this changed Media Matters from a so-called watchdog group to effectively trying to supress speech. What we have here is leftists supressing speech.
So Jay here is your one, just one, example.
This is from Themediareport.com:
No Apology From Media Matters
After a blatantly false implication, MMFA shows no class and refuses to retract its bogus item.
- August 2005 -
There has been no apology or retraction from the left-wing Media Matters (MMFA) after it was apparently caught red-handed (see original item) for falsely implying that Cliff Kincaid, from Accuracy in Media (AIM) and America's Survival, fabricated a letter from an Afghan ambassador. The day after the August 19, 2005, MMFA item, Kincaid posted scanned images (.pdf) on his site of the actual letter and the actual envelope in which the letter was received. It was an action that flat-out debunked Media Matters' implication. Kincaid also issued a public statement denouncing Media Matters for the "false and defamatory charge."
"It was a real letter sent in a real envelope," wrote Kincaid. "A simple call could have resulted in obtaining a copy of the original letter, showing that it is completely legitimate and genuine ... But Media Matters rushed into print on its web site with this false account in order to attempt to damage Kincaid's reputation."
Media Matters was flat-out busted. So do they do the honest and reputable thing and say they were wrong? No. Instead, they post a new item claiming that Kincaid "misrepresented the original Media Matters item."
Ugh. It doesn't get any more shameful than this, folks.

Business group won't help school district's request for money
By DANI McCLAINdmcclain@journalsentinel.com
Posted: April 14, 2007
A Racine business association that has traditionally supported Racine Unified School District's referendum efforts will not help with this spring's special election, an organization spokeswoman said last week.
The Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce's political action committee, Good Government Council, was formed in 2000 and has promoted referendum efforts since the spring of 2003. The council has acted as a clearinghouse for community donations to fund materials urging passage.
But not this year, and the reason is unclear.
"It's simply a matter of convenience for our office," said Carol Barkow, RAMAC's director of community partnerships. "The referendum committee has found a different place to put their funds this year."
She said she was not sure who would fill the role that RAMAC had in the past. Neither is School Board President Sue Kutz, who said Monday that RAMAC initiated the split and that the board has not yet found a replacement booster.
"Some of the membership there wasn't supportive (of the pullout) and asked that that not be done," Kutz said.
Earlier this month, the Racine Unified School Board decided to ask voters on June 12 to pass a two-year, $12.9 million referendum. District officials have said the money will be used for maintenance, remodeling, instructional technology, reopening Caddy Vista Elementary School in Caledonia, and security upgrades.
Less than a week after the board finalized the language for the request to exceed state funding limits by $6.45 million in the 2007-'08 and 2008-'09 school years, another local organization announced that it will launch an investigation before deciding whether to support the referendum.
The Racine Taxpayers Association will file a series of public records requests with the district Monday in an effort to find out if Racine Unified will be bound legally to use the referendum money as described in an April 2 presentation to the board.
Jim Morrison, the group's president, said he also wants to find out how much the district has spent on maintenance in the past several years and whether 42 full-time employees at the elementary level should be cut, as district officials have said will happen if the June referendum fails.
Kutz said community ambivalence toward an upcoming referendum does not signal its defeat.
"It's always like that," Kutz said. "But when you have unfunded mandates, something's got to give. The only thing school districts can do is cut programs or go to referendum."
Under the current proposal, the owner of a $90,000 home would pay about $600 in school property taxes next school year, and $615 the following year, according to a tax impact comparison chart prepared by Roger Dickson, the district's chief financial officer. Those figures are similar to current school taxes, which include a one-year $6.45 million referendum passed in 2006.
If the referendum does not pass, that homeowner's tax bill would be $50 to $60 less starting next school year because the current referendum financing would expire.
American radio icon Don Imus disgraced, fired after threat to reveal 9/11 secrets
In a clear sign of its intent to reign in dissident American media personalities, and their growing influence in American culture, US War Leaders this past week launched an unprecedented attack upon one of their most politically 'connected', and legendary, radio hosts named Don Imus after his threats to release information relating to the September 11, 2001 attacks upon that country.
According to European reports of the events surrounding Don Imus that have gripped the United States this past week, it was during an interview with another American media personality, Tim Russert, who is the host of a television programme frequently used by US War Leaders, wherein while decrying the state of care being given to American War wounded stated, "So those bastards want to keep these boys [in reference to US Soldiers] secret? Let's see how they like it if I start talking about their [in reference to US War Leaders] secrets, starting with 9/11."
Unable to attack such a powerful media figure as Don Imus, directly, the US War Leaders, and as we have seen many times before, resorted to a massive media attack against him using as the reason a racial slur against a US woman's basketball team, but which has been pointed out by other media outlets was not by any means a rare occurrence for the legendary radio icon to make.
But, to the US War Leaders, Don Imus represented the most serious threat, to date, of the growing assault against them by America's media personalities threatening to expose the truths behind the events of September 11, 2001 and the Iraq/Afghanistan Wars; and to such an extent that another American media personality, Rosie O'Donnell, has expressed concern that US Military Leaders could actually imprison Mr. Imus.
From our past research of the tactics used against those threatening America's War Leaders, the likelihood of imprisonment for Don Imus would only occur should he persist in his threats to undermine their authority, and which appears, at this time, unlikely after the public disgrace he has had to endure.
It is expected, also, that the US War Leaders actions against Don Imus will have a further chilling affect upon other American media personalities questioning their authority, such as the popular US movie actor, Charlie Sheen, and who was one of the first to question the events of September 11, 2001, and as we can read as reported by New Zealand Herald News Service in their article titled "Charlie Sheen may voice 9/11 documentary", and which says:
"US actor Charlie Sheen is reportedly in talks to narrate an internet documentary that suggests elements of the US government were behind the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Centre.
Sheen's representatives say he was involved in the production of a new version of Loose Change, a 90-minute conspiracy theory film that has been seen by more than 10 million internet viewers."
Apparently lost upon America's media personalities is that a government being investigated by the International Red Cross for the torture of an Iranian Diplomat by whipping with steel cables on his feet; a government that would have its soldiers imprison in an Ethiopian torture jail a Swedish teenage girl; a government that would even contemplate the release of one of the World's most wanted terrorists, Posada Carriles; does not hesitate, for even a second, to crush any, and all, opposition to it.
To the American people themselves their remains no evidence that they know, much less care, about the dire state of their once Free Nation.
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
Dear Mr. Kane;
I have several concerns about your recent commentary, "Powerful bear blame in Duke case."Of greatest concern are your factual errors. You wrote that the Duke rape case "fell apart because of the unreliable nature of the accuser." Wrong. The case fell apart because there is no evidence to support the rape allegation. No DNA, no witnesses, no consistent truthful statements to support a rape charge. Nothing. The accused are innocent. When you write that the case fell apart because the accuser was unreliable, it suggests that the rape may well have occurred and that a more reliable victim might have helped secure a conviction. But we know that the rape did not occur.
Later you write "The Duke lacrosse players might be innocent of rape..." Correction: The Duke lacrosse players ARE innocent of the rape charge. When you write that they might be innocent, the obvious implication is that they might also be guilty. They are not guilty of rape. They are innocent.
But apparently you are having difficulty accepting the innocence of the white lacrosse players.
"Questions still remain" and your friend Mr. Farrell says "I still think something happened, but in the end it got so contaminated, it's hard to tell what the truth is." No, we now know what the truth is. The players are innocent.
You are now engaged in a very public smearing of innocent athletes. Despite the evidence, you continue to suggest that the players are guilty of something (aren't we all?), possibly even rape.
Given a choice between being called a "nappy headed ho" or being subjected to ongoing suggestions that I am a rapist, I would take the "ho." What you are doing to the Duke players is far worse than what Don Imus did to the Rutgers basketball players. Yet your job is safe I am sure.
Anyone who remembers anything about World War II, or has studied anything about World War II, will understand and remember that during World War II, the Japanese developed a way to demoralize the American forces.
The Japanese psychological warfare experts developed a message they felt would work.
They gave their psychological warfare script to their famous broadcaster "Tokyo Rose" and every day she would broadcast this same message packaged in different ways, hoping it would have a negative impact on American GI's morale.
What was that demoralizing message?
It had three main points:
1. Your President is lying to you.
2. This war is illegal.
3. You cannot win the war
Does this sound familiar?
Is it because
Tokyo Kerry, etc. have all learned from the former enemies of our country and have picked up the same message and are broadcasting it on Tokyo CNN, Tokyo ABC, Tokyo CBS, Tokyo NBC, etc., to our troops?
The only difference is that they claim to support our troops before they demoralize them.
Come to think of it... Tokyo Rose told the American Troops she was on their side, also!
The boy signed a form claiming, "under penalty of perjury", that he represented the clips' copyright owners.
The segments, taken from The Chaser's War on Everything, were removed over a month and replaced by this message: "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Australian Broadcasting Corporation."
The latest clip to be removed featured Charles Firth accosting Hillary Clinton. It had been viewed more than 100,000 times before it was taken down yesterday.
"The head of ABC legal is contacting those involved," the head of arts, entertainment and comedy at ABC TV, Courtney Gibson, said. "We are very much keeping our options open in terms of what kind of action we take."
The ABC contacted YouTube after the clip was removed, and was provided with a copy of the form used to claim that a copyright infringement had been committed.
It had been filled out by hand, listing "Loop Australia" as the company acting for the "Australian Broddcasting Corperation".
The ABC has no affiliation with the company, or the boy whose Hotmail account was given as a business contact.
You Tube thought a Hotmail account was ABC? Priceless.
